Our Restaurant
Feel at home and enjoy our home-made pasta along with our local and regional specialties.
Although often misused, “region” and “tradition” are still key-words for us. Our cuisine comes directly from my grandmother’s, Maria, and my mother’s, Cesarina, recipes. Tortellini, green lasagna, tortelloni, cutlets and our roasted meat dishes come directly from a tradition we have never forgotten.
We buy our ingredients from local producers who help us keep our high-quality standards: Acqua Cerelia, Caseificio “Santa Lucia” (Cheese Factory), Azienda agricola “Podere La Forca” Farm, Alimentari “Parenti” (Food Store), Tenuta “Bonzara” (Farm), Azienda agricola “Cinti Floriano” (Farm), Azienda Agricola “Isola” (Farm), among them.
Meals can be served in a nice country-style rumpus, in our dining hall with a valley view, or, in the summer evenings, outside, in our veranda.
